A man surnamed Chen drove 24 kilometers along County Road 203. The road was suspected to be slippery in the rain, and he dodged a dog that suddenly jumped out. He collided with the opposite baby carriage, causing two people to be injured and seek medical treatment.

The investigation by the Baisha Police Station found that the man surnamed Chen was driving from Zhuwan, Xiyu, to the cross-sea bridge. It was suspected that a dog jumped out of the road and collided with a stroller driven by a person surnamed Zheng in the opposite lane. The driver surnamed Chen The female passenger surnamed Lin and the doll car both had chest bruises and other injuries, and were conscious. They were sent to the Department of Penghu Hospital and the Penghu Branch of the Armed Forces General Hospital for treatment.

The Penghu Fire Department received a report from the Zhuwan Police Station at 1:53 p.m. that a traffic accident occurred in front of the Uni-President Supermarket in Hejie Village, Xiyu Township.

The Fire Department dispatched 2 ambulances and 4 ambulance personnel from the Key West Fire Brigade to rush to the rescue.

The service personnel arrived at the scene and found that the school bus of the small special education class in Ma Gongguo collided with the car, and two people were injured, one of whom was a female teacher in the back seat of the special education class school bus, and the other was a male driver of the car.
