Azerbaijan is on the path of great development in the field of defense industry.

APA reports that Defense Industry Minister Madat Guliyev said this during a meeting with students at the Azerbaijan State Physical Education and Sports Academy.

The minister pointed out that Azerbaijan closely cooperates with Turkey, Israel and some other countries in this field.

According to Madat Guliyev, works and projects in the defense industry continue.

Today, Azerbaijan sells weapons and ammunition to many countries, including the United States.
