[Reporter Wang Hanping/Guan Tian Report] In order to promote vegetarian cuisine, Ye Jijun hoped to open a vegetarian restaurant in Tainan in the second year of 1982. Due to a shortage of funds, he applied for a minimally invasive loan from the Ministry of Labor. He persisted in his belief and successfully realized his dream.

Ye Pingjun set the goal to open a store when he was in college, and later worked in a well-known chain coffee shop. From a migrant girl to a duty manager, he learned accounting management, customer response, employee management, chain operation and other skills.

More than two years ago, I saw a huge business opportunity for the vegetarian population. In addition, I like to eat vegetarian food. Through the resources and connections of my godmother, I opened a vegetarian restaurant.

Ye Yujun from Chiayi started a business in Tainan. Due to lack of funds, he applied for the "Phoenix Loan for Micro Entrepreneurship" from the Ministry of Labor. With the intervention and guidance of professional consultants, the store survived the low tide of the epidemic. It focuses on healthy, natural and creative dishes. Tea noodles, crispy salted chicken rice and other ingredients are abundant, and the taste is fresh and not greasy, which is very popular among office workers and vegetarians in the vicinity.

Talking about the epidemic in the early days of entrepreneurship, Ye Yujun said that at the worst time, the turnover was less than 3,000 yuan a day, and it lasted for two months. Looking back at the low tide, persistence and belief are very important, so that the road of entrepreneurship can continue.
