Iran's military cooperation with Russia is not directed against third countries.

APA reports that Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdullahian said this in an interview with IRNA agency during his visit to Moscow.

Commenting on Tehran's official rejection of allegations of sending unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to Russia, the minister noted that inter-country cooperation in the field of defense is one of the topics on the agenda of bilateral relations, but it is not directed against any third country.

It should be recalled that in November of last year, the head of the Iranian Foreign Ministry stated that his country supplied a small amount of anti-aircraft missiles to Russia, and this happened a few months before the start of military operations in Ukraine.
