In Jehanabad district, the station chief of Okri police station is accused of shooting a young man in the name of vehicle checking.

The father of the injured youth Sudhir made this serious allegation against the police station chairman.

At present, the youth has been admitted to the hospital.

Ghosi Circle Inspector and Sub-Divisional Police Officer Ashok Kumar Pandey has been ordered to go to the spot and investigate.

The victim's father said, 'Chandrahas Kumar, station chief of Okri police station, was checking near Anantapur village.

Meanwhile, my son Sudhir Kumar was passing by.

He did not have helmet and driving license.

Because of which he started running after seeing the police.

Seeing him running, the police chased him for some distance, then shot him.

Due to which he was seriously injured.'

According to the information received so far, the condition of the injured youth Sudhir Kumar remains critical.

However, the doctors have removed the bullet from the body after much effort.

However, the situation remains worrying.

We have immediately ordered Ghosi Circle Inspector and Sub-Divisional Police Officer Ashok Kumar Pandey to go to the spot and investigate.
