The Ministry of Defense is developing regulatory changes to regulate the special status of cadets as military personnel.

This was announced by the Minister of Defense Dimitar Stoyanov

Dimitar Stoyanov was born on October 28, 1968 in Svilengrad.

In 1986, he graduated from the National Military University (NMU) "Vasil Levski" in Veliko Tarnovo today, March 28, the press center of the ministry reported.

The resolution of this issue has been delayed for more than 13 years, the minister pointed out.

"Changes in the regulation will also require legislative changes.

Most likely, we will not succeed with them during the official cabinet, but we will leave a good foundation on which a regular government will step and further develop the idea of the special status of the cadets," Minister Stoyanov said.

The caretaker government has already changed the stipend regulation for cadets, as a result of which they have been increased by approximately one hundred percent.

"We have difficulties with recruiting personnel, mainly because of the payment of military personnel.

It is not adequate to modern conditions and should be increased.

This will be an additional incentive to make the military profession more attractive and to have more people interested in it," Minister Stoyanov pointed out.

Dimitar Stoyanov was born on October 28, 1968 in Svilengrad.

In 1986, he graduated and gave a lecture to the cadets of the National University, in which he emphasized how motivation can be used as a tool to achieve goals and as a means of self-improvement.

"The task of your teachers is to make you feel satisfaction from mastering the taught sciences, to want to know more, to read additional literature, in order to build you as real future commanders," pointed out Minister Stoyanov and added: "In the role of a motivator as a platoon commander, company commander, etc.

it will be much more difficult for you.

You will have to share the acquired knowledge.

Knowledge will guide you, but if you do not share it with the rest of your colleagues, or with those you will motivate, it will be meaningless in the realization of any idea, any plan.

You must share it in the appropriate way, present your idea in such a way that it is fascinating, and your subordinates are maximally motivated to implement it," said Minister Stoyanov.

The admission of cadets in 15 specializations has begun at Vasil Levski National University

Every Bulgarian citizen has a duty to the Motherland and this duty must be fulfilled, the minister pointed out.

"Each one of us is committed to the defense of the Motherland, and it is not said that defense is only in the military sphere.

It can be in any field (economy, energy, etc.).

It's all about national security.

What I would like for the young people is to stay in Bulgaria and to educate and prepare themselves more and more", said the Minister of Defense.
