Due to the force of the impact, the construction vehicle turned 180 degrees in response. Xu Chaogui, deputy director of the Chishang Branch of the Guanshan Police Sub-bureau, said that the car accident happened at about 9:41 a.m. today. Preliminary research concluded that it was caused by a black car driven by Zhong Nv from south to north when passing the Chishang Bridge for unknown reasons. The construction vehicle driven by Zhang Nan in front made a loud noise, causing serious dents and damage to the front of the car. The front airbags all exploded. Zhong Nv suffered bruises on her neck, hands and feet. She was sent to Taitung Mackay Hospital for treatment.
