The GOVERNMENT has said that it has planned to improve the public service colleges in the country to be able to adapt to the current changes, including providing graduates who will be able to provide better services to the citizens.

This was stated by the Minister of the Office of the President, Public Service Management and Good Governance, Jenista Mhagama when he was receiving information on the development of Tanga Region before his visit to visit the public service college in the region.

He has said that the colleges have made a great contribution to the well-being of the public service in this country, so the time has come to improve them, so that they can continue to train employees.

"Human resources are an important thing in the development of the public service sector, so it is important to see that our colleges can produce people who meet the standards, which will lead to the existence of the best service required by the people," said Minister Mhagama.

For his part, the Regional Head of Tanga, Minister Kindamba has thanked the government for continuing to improve the interests of public servants, including paying salary arrears.
