"Back in October 2022, a representative of the Russian delegation to the UN said that they are ready to provide Belarus with the Iskander-M with a nuclear-type warhead, as well as to modernize the Su-25 attack aircraft so that they have a nuclear-type bomb load. That is, it may be about nuclear bombs or about operational-tactical level missiles for "Iskander-M" with a nuclear warhead. If there is a movement in this process, then world intelligence will be able to see it. It cannot be hidden," Kovalenko says.
