North Korea claims to have tactical nuclear weapons.

However, there was no evidence for that.

And for the first time, the North Korean mass media released pictures of the country's leader, Kim Jong-un, inspecting nuclear warheads.

The Russian BBC service writes about it.

As noted, journalists have published photos of Kim Jong-un inspecting nuclear weapons.

Earlier, the Korean authorities announced the presence of such an arsenal and the possibility of using it against targets in South Korea.

However, it is impossible to confirm the authenticity of the warheads from the photographs.

However, the intelligence agencies of various states are closely monitoring the situation.

"The moment North Korea can begin mass production of small warheads is the moment the threats become a reality, and Pyongyang really has the ability to strike Japan and South Korea with nuclear weapons," says the BBC's Gene McKenzie in Seoul.

It is also noted that the North Korean government constantly launches missiles that can potentially cause a nuclear strike.

At the same time, North Korean officials declare their intention to "order" the US and North Korea for public exercises near the Korean Peninsula.

In addition, North Korea said it had simulated a nuclear explosion using a ballistic missile and an underwater drone.

According to the Korean Central Telegraph Agency, the missile "had on board" a test warhead simulating a nuclear charge.

The blow was inflicted on an island near Kimchhaek.

And from March 25 to 27, North Korea tested an underwater drone, which is also capable of carrying a nuclear charge.

It swam 600 kilometers across the Sea of Japan in 41 hours and exploded underwater.

We will remind that after the Great Britain announced the provision of shells with depleted uranium to Ukraine, a real hysteria began in Belarus and, as a result, in the Kremlin, transforming into nuclear threats.
