He was stopped by the patrolling police of the Niaosong Branch of the Renwu Sub-bureau because he was answering his mobile phone. He smelled of alcohol, and the alcohol test value exceeded the standard. After checking his belongings, he found 4.58 grams of the drug ketamine.

The police pointed out that Chen Nan confessed frankly that he would buy drugs and take drugs in order to drink for fun, and he will be brought to justice for public danger and violation of the Drug Hazard Prevention Regulations.
