A total of 162 polling stations will be opened in 23 Turkish districts for the early parliamentary elections in Bulgaria on April 2, Turkish media reported, quoted by BTA.

Turkey is one of a total of 62 countries in which Bulgaria will open polling stations.

People with Bulgarian citizenship in the country will be able to vote in a total of 162 sections in 23 of the total 81 districts of Turkey.

Apart from Bursa, Istanbul and Izmir, where a large number of people with dual (Turkish and Bulgarian) citizenship live, for the first time in these elections, voters with Bulgarian citizenship in Ushak district will be able to exercise their right to vote in their district.

The election day will start at 07:00 Turkish (and Bulgarian) time and will last until 20:00.
