ที่กองบัญชาการตำรวจปราบปรามยาเสพติด (บช.ปส.) พล.ต.ต.คมสิทธิ์ รังไสย์ ผบก.ปส.3 บช.ปส. เปิดเผยคดีนายอุปกิต ขั้นตอนหลังจากนี้จะตั้งคณะกรรมการทำงานร่วมกับอัยการสูงสุด ตำรวจ ปส.จะรวบรวมพยานหลักฐานและข้อเท็จจริงเพื่อสรุปสำนวนส่งอัยการให้เร็วที่สุดให้อัยการพิจารณาสมควรสั่งฟ้องหรือไม่ ส่วนจะมีใครเกี่ยวข้องอีกหรือไม่นั้น ตอนนี้ยังไม่สามารถบอกได้ ขึ้นอยู่ว่าพยานหลักฐานเชื่อมโยงถึงใครก็จะดำเนินตามกฎหมาย ซึ่งต้องให้ความเป็นธรรมกับทุกฝ่าย สำหรับคดีนี้สืบเนื่องมาจากการจับกุมเครือข่ายค้ายาเสพติดนายทุนมินลัต มีการออกหมายจับ 10 หมายจับ เป็นบุคคล 7 คน และนิติบุคคล 3 หมาย เบื้องต้นสามารถจับกุมผู้ต้องหา และสั่งฟ้องไปแล้ว 4 คน หลบหนีอยู่ต่างประเทศ 2 คน แต่ปัจจุบันเหลือ 9 หมายจับ เนื่องจากมีการถอดหมายจับของนายอุปกิต เมื่อปลายปีที่แล้ว ก่อนจะเข้ามารับทราบข้อกล่าวหาเมื่อวันที่ 27 มี.ค.
“โรม” โวยไม่แจ้งข้อหาค้ายา
นายรังสิมันต์ โรม โฆษกพรรคก้าวไกล (ก.ก.) กล่าวถึงกรณีนายอุปกิต ปาจารียางกูร ส.ว. เข้ามอบตัวสู้คดีว่า แม้จะคืบหน้าแต่ไม่เป็นที่น่าพอใจอย่างถึงที่สุด ข้อหาที่ ส.ว.อุปกิตควรได้รับจริงๆ คือข้อหาเดียวกันกับที่นายทุนมินลัตและพวกถูกแจ้งไป ก่อนหน้านี้ คาดหวังว่าอัยการสูงสุดต้องมีคำสั่งให้แจ้งข้อกล่าวหาต่อนายอุปกิต ในข้อหาสมคบกันค้ายาเสพติดและสนับสนุนช่วยเหลือเพื่อให้กระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติด มีอัตราโทษคนละอย่างกับข้อหาที่แจ้งไป 3 ข้อหา ทั้งนี้ในส่วนคดีสมคบกันฟอกเงิน สำนักงานป้องกันและปราบปรามการฟอกเงิน (ปปง.) คาดหวังว่าจะดำเนินคดีอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ อย่างไม่ต้องบ่ายเบี่ยงอีกต่อไป บัดนี้ได้มีการแจ้งข้อหาสมคบกันฟอกเงินไปแล้ว ขอให้ ปปง.ทำหน้าที่ยึดอายัดทรัพย์สินที่เกี่ยวกับการกระทำความผิด
“แอมเนสตี้” จี้ รบ.เลิกฟ้องม็อบ
ที่โรงแรม เดอะสุโกศล กรุงเทพฯ แอมเนสตี้ อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล ประเทศไทย จัดแถลงรายงานสถานการณ์สิทธิมนุษยชนโลกประจำปี 2565/66 ระบุว่า สถานการณ์สิทธิมนุษยชนในประเทศไทย ตลอดทั้งปี 2565 พบความก้าวหน้าในความพยายามพัฒนาด้านสิทธิมนุษยชนของรัฐบาลไทย รวมทั้งการประกาศใช้ พ.ร.บ.ป้องกันและปราบปรามการทรมานและการกระทำให้บุคคลสูญหาย และเสนอแนะต่อรัฐบาลไทย ขอให้ยกเลิกข้อกล่าวหาสั่งไม่ฟ้องคดี และงดดำเนินคดีเพิ่มเติมต่อบุคคลที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการชุมนุมประท้วงโดยสงบ แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมหรือยกเลิกกฎหมายที่ถูกนำมาใช้เพื่อปราบปรามผู้ใช้สิทธิในเสรีภาพ ให้ปล่อยตัวนักโทษทางความคิดทุกคนโดยทันทีอย่างไม่มีเงื่อนไข เป็นต้น

ที่ศาลอาญา ศาลนัดฟังคำพิพากษาคดี ที่พนักงานอัยการคดีพิเศษ 4 เป็นโจทก์ฟ้องนายชานนท์ ขันทอง กับพวกรวม 13 คน มวลชน กปปส.เป็นจำเลยกรณีวันที่ 26 ธ.ค.56 ร่วมกันก่อเหตุปิดล้อมศูนย์เยาวชนกรุงเทพมหานคร (ไทย-ญี่ปุ่น) ดินแดง ขัดขวางมิให้เจ้าหน้าที่คณะกรรมการประจำหน่วยเลือกตั้งรับสมัครเลือกตั้ง ส.ส.บัญชีรายชื่อ ศาลพิเคราะห์แล้วจำเลยทั้ง 13 คน มีความผิด ให้จำคุกคนละ 2 ปี เพิ่มโทษจำเลยที่ 2 เป็น 2 ปี 8 เดือน จำเลยที่ 1-9 และที่ 11-13 ให้การชั้นสอบสวนเป็นประโยชน์พิจารณาลดโทษให้หนึ่งในสี่ จำเลยที่ 10 รับสารภาพชั้นสอบสวนลดโทษให้หนึ่งในสาม คงจำคุกจำเลยที่ 1 ที่ 3-9 และที่ 11-13 คนละ 18 เดือน จำคุกจำเลยที่ 2/24 เดือน จำเลยที่ 10/16 เดือน พฤติการณ์แห่งคดีเป็นเรื่องร้ายแรงไม่สมควรรอการลงโทษให้จำเลยทั้ง 13 บวกโทษจำคุกจำเลยที่ 4 ที่รอการลงโทษไว้ในคดีอื่นอีก 2 คดีรวม 6 เดือน เป็นจำคุก 24 เดือน บวกโทษจำคุกจำเลยที่ 5 ที่รอการลงโทษไว้ในคดีอื่น 1 เดือนเป็นจำคุก 19 เดือน ให้นับโทษจำคุกจำเลยที่ 2 ในคดีนี้ต่อจากโทษจำคุก ในคดีอาญาหมายเลขแดงของศาลจังหวัดพระนคร ศรีอยุธยา จากนั้นศาลออกหมายขังเข้าเรือนจำไป
จำคุก “ชาติชาย แกดำ” 1 ปี 12 ด.
อีกคดีศาลนัดฟังคำพิพากษาคดีที่พนักงานอัยการคดีอาญา 7 เป็นโจทก์ฟ้องนายชาติชาย แกดำ (จำเลยที่ 15) กับพวกรวม 15 คน เป็นจำเลยในความผิดฐานร่วมกันมั่วสุมตั้งแต่ 10 คนขึ้นไปก่อความวุ่นวายในบ้านเมือง เมื่อวันที่ 2 พ.ค.2564 ร่วมชุมนุมกลุ่มรีเดม เรียกร้องให้ศาลให้ประกันตัวนายพริษฐ์ หรือเพนกวิน ชิวารักษ์ กับพวกรวม 7 คน ฐานดูหมิ่นสถาบัน โดยพวกจำเลยกล่าวโจมตีดูหมิ่นศาล หรือผู้พิพากษา ย้ายแท่นแบริเออร์บริเวณเกาะกลางถนนเพื่อเปิดจุดกลับรถหน้าศาลอาญา ชุมนุมจนเต็มพื้นที่ถนน ใช้ไข่ไก่ มะเขือเทศ ของเหลวสีแดง สาดใส่ป้ายสำนักงานศาลยุติธรรม และป้ายศาลอาญา จนเสียหาย เปรอะเปื้อน จำเลยที่ 1-2 กับพวกรวม 50 คน ต่อสู้ขัดขวางตำรวจควบคุมฝูงชน (คฝ.) ศาลพิจารณาพยานหลักฐานแล้ว ในส่วนของจำเลยที่ 1, 2 พยานโจทก์ที่นำสืบมามีความสงสัยตามสมควรจึงให้ยกประโยชน์แห่งความสงสัยนั้นให้จำเลยที่ 1, 2 รวมจำคุกจำเลยที่ 3-14 คนละ 3 ปี ปรับคนละ 33,300 บาท โดยให้รอลงอาญาไว้ 2 ปี ให้คุมประพฤติและให้ทำกิจกรรมบริการสังคมหรือสาธารณประโยชน์ 12 ชั่วโมง ส่วนจำเลยที่ 15 ทางนำสืบเป็นประโยชน์อยู่บ้างลดโทษกระทงละหนึ่งในสาม รวมโทษจำคุก 1 ปี 12 เดือน โดยไม่รอลงอาญา และปรับ 2,200 บาท และให้ยกฟ้องจำเลยที่ 1-2 ข้อหาอื่นนอกจากนี้ให้ยก
