The "Traffic Police" will make an explanation about the new rules, which will impose heavier penalties on traffic violators.
The changes come into effect on March 28.
For refusing a dragger check or a drug test, the driver will be deducted not 12, but 15 points.
Repeat violations after drinking alcohol will lead to a loss of 20 points compared to the previous 15.
For speeding by more than 50 kilometers in a populated place, 18 points will be deducted.
Among the other violations for which heavier sanctions will be imposed is driving in the lane for forced stopping of a highway.
