At the moment, the prospects are not very rosy, the sociologist from "Alfa Research" Pavel Valchev told BNR.

According to him,

people are influenced by what are the prospects for success of this parliament

.

I don't think the key role is for the analysts, but rather for the politicians, he said, adding his opinion:

"For me, the role of the politicians themselves and what opportunities they present to the people for a successful future government is more key. So far, what we see, the prospects are not particularly positive. Again, as an electoral result, we expect to have a fragmented parliament, without a clear winner , with a majority, a decisive winner with already specified partners or with prospects of having partners, which would allow the creation of a governing coalition. At the moment, the prospects are not very rosy".

According to him,

the big challenge for the parties is, apart from talking about people's problems and therefore how they will solve them, to convince them that they are in a position where they can make decisions and implement governance

People are radicalized and a large part of them do not accept the idea of common management between GERB

GERB is a center-right populist, conservative and pro-European political party in PP and DB, Pavel Valchev pointed out in the program "Before Everyone", citing data from the beginning of the election campaign.

According to him, the more staunch supporters of the parties will go to the polls:

"I cannot speak about fundamental surprises at the moment. The biggest danger from the point of view of forecasts is related to the expected low voter turnout. With a very low voter turnout, only the hard cores, the most categorical supporters go, and then the forecasts become more difficult and there may be some surprises. In the campaign, the clashes between the leaders did not happen like debates. There are no big events. In a sense, the politicians have to show that they themselves are serious about the campaign and the upcoming elections and that they have solutions that they can realize".

The role of the president in resolving the political crisis is not very positive, the sociologist believes.

He emphasized that we see several times in the election campaign that the caretaker government exposes one of the former rulers, which certainly influences the opinion of the voters.

"The role of the president is not very constructive in this situation. There is a visibly negative view," commented Valchev.

According to him, the parties are in conflict with the presidential institution.

According to him, this is a possible argument for them to come together.

Analysts comment on the election campaign and do they expect surprises in the vote on April 2

"Against "Revival

Vazrazhdane is a political party in Bulgaria, established in August 2014. Its chairman "I have not heard anything like assessments and comments from him. I do not think that he is playing in any way. Rather, he is playing against all of the parliamentary parties," expressed his opinion further the sociologist.
