He took China Airlines flight CA-196 this afternoon and arrived at Shanghai Pudong Airport at 4:00 p.m. Chen Yuanfeng, deputy director of the Taiwan Affairs Office, Zhang Wei, member of the Standing Committee of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, Sun Shengliang, director of the Liaison Bureau of the Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, Zhong Xiaomin, director of the Shanghai Taiwan Affairs Office, and others.
