As soon as the Uttar Pradesh Police convoy carrying gangster Atiq Ahmed passed through the Kharai checkpost in Madhya Pradesh's Shivpuri district, suddenly a cow collided in front of Atiq Ahmed's van.

Due to this the cow died painfully on the spot.

Thankfully the van was saved from overturning.

After that the entire convoy was stopped for some time.

After some time the convoy left for Prayagraj in UP.

After walking out of the Sabarmati Central Jail in Ahmedabad before being taken to Prayagraj by the Uttar Pradesh police, gangster Atiq Ahmed on Sunday expressed apprehensions that he might be killed.

“Murder, murder,” Ahmed told reporters present as he was being taken out of jail in a police van. Why was he scared when reporters asked him as he was being taken in a police van? It seems, Ahmed said, "I know their programme... want to kill."

On Sunday evening, a team of Uttar Pradesh Police left for Prayagraj taking Mafia Atiq Ahmed from Sabarmati Central Jail in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Atiq is lodged in this jail since June 2019.

Officials said Atiq would be produced before a court, which is scheduled to pass orders on March 28 in a kidnapping case in which he is an accused.

Former Samajwadi Party (SP) MP Atiq is lodged in Sabarmati Jail since June 2019.

Atiq Ahmed was shifted from his home state (Uttar Pradesh) to Sabarmati Jail on the orders of the Supreme Court.

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Lok Sabha member Subrata Pathak had said that he would not be surprised if Atiq Ahmed's vehicle also overturned like gangster Vikas Dubey's.

Pathak tweeted on March 1, "The killing of police security personnel, including Umesh Pal, under the protection of the Uttar Pradesh police is a direct attack on the government of Uttar Pradesh, remember, when Vikas Dubey is not saved, what will happen to these unfortunates?"
