The Etah district police has registered an FIR against three people, including her husband, for forcibly aborting the married woman and in the case of harassment.

The police gave this information on Sunday.

According to the police, a girl from Jaithara police station area ran away from home against the wishes of the family and had a love marriage with Nilesh, a resident of Thana village of Patiali police station area of ​​Kasganj district, on September 16, 2022, at the Arya Samaj temple in Mainpuri.

The victim alleged in her Tahrir that her husband Nilesh beat her and forced her to have sex with his brothers.

According to Tahrir, the woman alleges that her husband forced her to have an abortion in a hospital in Patiali.

On the basis of Tahrir, the police have registered a nominated case against three people including the victim's husband.

Inspector-in-charge (SHO) of Jaithara police station Ramendra Shukla said that on the complaint of the victim, a case has been registered against two unknown persons including Nilesh under section 313 (forced abortion) and 323 (voluntarily causing hurt).

He said that the matter is being investigated.
