[Reporter Yan Hongjun/Changhua Report] Three years ago in Xihu Township, Changhua County, a Vietnamese woman surnamed Feng suspected that her cohabiting boyfriend was having an affair with another woman, and angrily mixed sleeping pills into Huadiao chicken noodles for her boyfriend surnamed Huang. While asleep, he cut off his "big eagle" with a pair of scissors and flushed it into the toilet. Huang Nan was lucky to save his life, but his amputated genitals disappeared, and the "big eagle" was only 1.5 centimeters left.

After more than 2 years of trial, Feng Nv was sentenced to 5 years in prison and can appeal.

Feng Nv has been married to Taiwan for many years and has a child. She originally sold cooked food at a vegetable market stall. After divorcing her ex-husband, she met Huang Nan, who opened an altar, and the two moved in together.

The verdict stated that the reason why Feng Nv killed her was because she suspected that Huang Nan was befriending another woman. In order to prove her judgment, she secretly recorded the conversation between Huang Nan and the woman. On the night of the murder, Feng Nv listened to this conversation repeatedly, and the more she thought about it, the more angry she was, so she mixed 5 sleeping pills into Huadiao chicken noodles. Huang Nan ate it and fell asleep. The sleeping Huang man cut off his penis and threw the "broken root" into the toilet.

During the attack, Huang Nan woke up from the pain, but due to the effect of the medicine, he had no strength to resist, so he could only pinch Feng Nu with his hands.

Feng Nv opened the iron gate on the first floor, took a taxi to the police station and surrendered. When the police and firefighters arrived at the scene, they could not find the "broken root" to pick them up.

Huang Nan's "big eagle" is only 1.5 centimeters left.

Since Feng Nv was taking mental illness drugs, whether she was "lost of mind" at the time of the case became the focus of the trial.

According to the verdict, Feng Nv revealed to the social worker after the incident that "she seemed to have been implanted with a memory, watching another person do this thing, and it was too late for her to recover."

The trial judge asked the Caotun Sanatorium of the Ministry of Health and Welfare to conduct a further appraisal on whether the defendant's behavior was due to mental disorder or other mental defects, which made it impossible to recognize that his behavior was illegal.

The results of the appraisal concluded that "Feng Nv's motives for committing the crime were related to emotional problems and impulsiveness, and had little to do with mental symptoms." At that time there was no mental disorder or other mental defect that prevented him from recognizing that his conduct was illegal."

The prosecution in this case sought a sentence of 8 years and 6 months, but the judge judged that the defendant met the requirement of voluntary confession, and expressed regret after committing the crime. Moreover, after he came to Taiwan from Vietnam, his only relative in Taiwan was his aunt, who had to face different language, Cultural and social differences; however, in the face of challenges and stressful events, the defendant's personality is easily affected by emotions and behaves abnormally, but he suffered setbacks on the road of marriage and relationship and had suicidal thoughts. He visited the psychiatric department 17 times and was diagnosed with Depression, insomnia and other symptoms.

He was therefore sentenced to 5 years in prison.
