This was announced by the head of the Avdiyiv city military administration, Vitaliy Barabash. 

According to him, Avdiivka is now in the "red zone", which is why visiting the city is prohibited.

"In connection with the aggravation of the situation in the city, around the city, there is an order - a direct ban on visiting," he said in his address.
