Many questions are being raised regarding the death of a youth from Morena in Madhya Pradesh.

According to the information, Akash Gurjar, a resident of Gadaura in Morena, had reached Agra to his cousin to participate in the Agniveer recruitment.

At the same time, in an alleged encounter against the sand mafia by the police, he got shot and cases have been registered against him in several sections by the police.

Akash finally succumbed to his bullet injuries in the hospital for 48 days.

On the whole matter, the family members say that before Agra at 6.30 in the morning, Akash landed near Kurra Tirahe to urinate.

Meanwhile, some policemen came in civil dress and shot him.

Two out of three bullets were hit on the thigh and one on the stomach.

For 48 days, he kept fighting the battle of life and death in the hospital.

Akash's mother Mamta Gurjar said that Akash went to the bathroom, the police came and shot him in civil dress.

Akash's mother filed a case in the Agra court and called the encounter fake.

Also demanded an inquiry into the incident.

The court has ordered to register an FIR against the policemen in the case. 

Advocate Bharatendra Singh, who is arguing in Akash's case, has said that the court has accepted our stand, has accepted the directions of the Supreme Court and the Human Rights Commission.

There should be an investigation in this, the independent agency will investigate. 

While the police say that the deceased Akash was driving a tractor for the sand mafia on the day of the incident, the relatives have claimed that the deceased does not know how to drive a tractor.

At the same time, that bus driver has also confirmed that Akash had come from Morena to Agra sitting in that bus.

Many serious questions are being raised on the theory of trying to trample the policemen by driving such tractors.
