On March 25, Oleksandr Tsakhniv, a journalist of the "Vchasno" publication and a defender from Donetsk region, died in the Bakhmut region.

The dead soldier was 38 years old.

This is reported by the information agency "Vchasno"

Oleksandr Tsakhniv had experience working in the treasury, so he was the coordinator of the "Strong Communities" movement, organized public events and initiatives, and cultural events.

The editors mention that Oleksandr did not tolerate injustice, was an investigative journalist, author of many important anti-corruption investigations.

The deceased is survived by his parents, brother and beloved wife.

The journalist-warrior will be buried in his native town of Selidove, in Donetsk region.
