Victor, the father of the girl who was raped in Transcarpathia, for the first time publicly commented on the scandalous decision of the Volovets court, which did not send three criminals behind bars, which caused a tremendous response in society.

In an exclusive comment for

, Victor told the details of the situation and the intentions of his family.

"I want to continue in this case until there is a fair verdict. Nothing remains in place, we continue to fight for justice. I want to thank the whole country for its support," Victor told us categorically. one article each, and at the last moment it turned out that they were given two years on probation."

To the key question, which stirred up the whole country, why the qualification of the crime was changed, Viktor answered as follows: "They decided that there was no interference with the child, there were sexual acts without penetration."

"We had appeals from that side asking for forgiveness. They came to me asking for forgiveness. There will be no forgiveness, everything will be to the end, in strict order, to the maximum. I am going to go with my daughter to Kyiv so that she can get help there." - he added.

It turned out that this resonance could be the reason for the dismissal of many officials in Transcarpathia who did not react properly to a serious crime against a child.

For example, the head of the Zakarpattia Regional Council, Volodymyr Chubirko, stated on his Facebook page that the employees of the territorial community, who are involved in the case, should not only be fired, but also answer according to the law.

"The Supreme Council of Justice must deal with the judge who handed down the sentence. The regional prosecutor's office must immediately establish a commission and investigate the actions of its local unit. Regarding the local territorial community: the education and juvenile services workers involved in the case must be dismissed from their jobs and answer for your actions," Chubirko wrote.

"For its part, the Transcarpathian Regional Council is ready to provide the girl with the opportunity to study in one of the communal institutions of the region, where she will be provided with accommodation, food and proper conditions," he clarified.

Chubirko spoke rather harshly about the work of the court and the territorial community: "Before that, the bribe-taker, the head of the OTG, was released. This story will continue forever until we start punishing. What is the responsibility of the head of education, what is the responsibility of social services in this OTG? They are just a stupid salary after decentralization, they are not responsible for anything and things like this happen. I think they should write statements and just go away from there. It will be honest and fair.
