Our country takes seriously the reports of the US State Department, but they do not tell us anything new.

Such an opinion was expressed by the Acting Minister of Justice Krum Zarkov

"The report shows problems that our institutions have identified.

We are looking for a parliament to solve them", Zarkov was categorical.

He specified that with the reports in question and the sanctions under Magnitsky, the US is protecting its own interest.

"They have no right to interfere in political processes in Bulgaria.

But they are important", specified the minister. 

He categorically stated that he shares the position of President Rumen Radev regarding Bulgaria's participation in the common European order for shells for Ukraine.

"I would appeal to treat this topic more seriously, regardless of the fact that we are in an election," said Zarkov.

According to the president, with this decision, our country demonstrates its sovereignty.

Zarkov denied that there was any pressure against Bulgaria's sovereignty.

And he clarified that this decision of the president was not influenced by whether our country is in danger or not.

He also stated that it is not serious to talk about whether Bulgaria will arrest Vladimir Putin
