of the Russian Federation were detained in Slovenia
, who were gathering information for Moscow under the guise of citizens of Argentina.

The publication, citing its own sources, reports that the spies were the married couple Mayer and Ludwig Gisch, who allegedly arrived in the country from Argentina.
They settled in Ljubljana in 2017 and had children.
Slovenian law enforcement officers received information that the couple was engaged in espionage and collecting information for the GRU.
One of the spies had Argentine citizenship.

During the search, a large amount of cash was found in their possession.
The publication reports that the money had to be transferred for several hours, because there was a lot of it.
