It is possible that the 49th National Assembly will begin to form a constitutional majority even before finding support for a government.

This hypothesis was expressed by the co-chairman of "Democratic Bulgaria" Hristo Ivanov on "Sunday 150" of BNR

He was born on September 13, 1974 in Sofia.

Hristo Ivanov has a master's degree in law from Sofia University.

"It may be logical that the construction of any parliamentary configuration to support a government begins with the construction of a constitutional majority, which is much broader and is the great factor in bridging divisions.

Because if we can remove the divisions in front of brackets and tell the people early enough in the life of the next National Assembly - here we are ready to move this stone - the constitutional changes, this will give enough reasons for people to accept after all that we will have to other topics to have interactions.

However, I'm talking about topics related to major national priorities, I'm not talking about consuming power piece by piece," said Ivanov.

The leader of "Yes, Bulgaria" pointed out that without a radical reform of the prosecutor's office, no other changes can really start in our country, nor can Bulgaria clean up its image as a country that has become a byword for corruption.

Because of it, foreign investors do not want to come to our country and even Serbia is starting to overtake us.

As prerequisites for forming a constitutional majority, Ivanov pointed out that even GERB and DPS are already giving signals that they no longer want to openly oppose the reformation of the prosecutor's office.

And he reminded that the DPS already announced their own project for constitutional change, and in the project for constitutional changes of GERB announced nearly 3 years ago, it even provided for the division of the Supreme Judicial Council into two.

The co-chairman of DB expects "We continue the change

Kiril Petkov and Asen Vassilev presented their political project "Continuing the change" - Democratic Bulgaria" to consolidate its first electoral position, which is assigned to it by sociological surveys, but called on the voters to resolutely increase the lead of the unification.

"We want to get the first mandate, because we have the serious intention to cast a government, however difficult it would be.

If you stay at home, you will only deepen the chaos", warned Ivanov.

He once again developed his thesis that the political crisis can not only be overcome, but also that this opens up many opportunities for the country.

And he suggested that we imagine a completely different Bulgaria in 2 years: After a judicial reform with constitutional changes was carried out, our country entered Schengen, the business climate has significantly improved, serious foreign investments have entered, the administrative burden on business has been reduced by 70 % with the introduction of electronic management.

The structural funds of the EU are absorbed efficiently and rhythmically, with a large part of them directed to Northern Bulgaria, a transformation of the energy sector has begun, which is becoming a serious source of economic growth.

We have entered the Eurozone, which provides a cheaper financial resource for the economy.

We have filled the ranks of all regulators and the Competition Commission has come out of the waking coma it has been in for decades.

"All this will be felt in the pocket of everyone.

These are all low-hanging fruit - you reach out and pluck.

At the end of such a 2-year period, Bulgaria can attract an unsuspected amount of foreign investments, which will open up good jobs.

Therefore, we will invest seriously in education and retraining", said Ivanov.

As the key prerequisite for the state's shaky finances, he pointed to the lack of a stable government that would take responsibility for tightening the financial framework.

"A government that takes responsibility will be better able to collect revenue.

This government will optimize public spending.

Many players on the field from the private and gray sector will start to burn their wits," said Ivanov.

According to him, "Democratic Bulgaria" says "yes" to social measures, but insists that they be very carefully specified to those who really need support.

"There is no need to say free textbooks for everyone - my children do not need them, but this money should go to other children who, for example, need clothes," said Ivanov.

As a serious danger for the vote, the co-chairman of the DB defined not only the buying of votes, but also the chaos created by the return of the paper ballot, because it can demotivate the voter.

Hristo Ivanov, a Master of Laws from the University of Sofia, called on the citizens to come out on April 2 and vote in order to get out of the political crisis and move forward.

According to him, the best guarantee for this to happen is a vote with number 12 in the integral ballot.
