Delhi Police registers case after threats from Khalistani supporters

New Delhi:

The arrest of Khalistan supporter Amritpal Singh is still a challenge for the Punjab Police as well as the central agencies.

Where is Amritpal?

No one knows it exactly.

This is the reason why some are claiming that he has come from Punjab to Haryana while others are claiming to be in Delhi.

All these Khalistani supporters are once again in discussions regarding their threat.

In fact, Khalistani supporters have now threatened to do the same at Delhi's Pragati Maidan after hoisting the Khalistani flag at the Indian Embassy in London.

According to the information received from the Delhi Police, Khalistani supporters have threatened to remove the Indian flag and put the Khalistani flag at Pragati Maidan.

After receiving this threat, the police have registered a case and started their investigation.

An FIR has been registered on March 23 under IPC sections 153, 153A, and 505 at Delhi Police's IGI Airport police station regarding this threat.

The Delhi Police officer involved in the investigation of the case told that an audio recording had come to a passenger.

In this recording itself, there was talk of taking down the Indian flag from Pragati Maidan and putting up the Khalistani flag.

The passenger later informed the police about this.

In this audio many things have been said about the PM and the Home Minister.

However, taking cognizance of the matter, the police have registered a case at present.

Along with this, it is also being investigated.

Let us tell you that in September this year, the G20 meeting is to be held at Pragati Maidan in Delhi.

The phase of preparations is going on for this from now.

Prior to this meeting, the Delhi Police as well as the central agencies are alert about receiving such threats from the supporters of Khalistan.
