During the past day, the occupiers shelled the Kherson region almost 70 times.

As a result of enemy shelling, there are dead and wounded.

Oleksandr Prokudin, head of OVA, announced this. 

"Over the past day, the enemy has carried out 67 shellings, firing 301 shells from heavy artillery and Hradiv. The city of Kherson has been shelled by the enemy seven times," Prokudin wrote.

23 "arrivals" were recorded in the regional center.

Enemy shells hit residential quarters, private and apartment buildings, as well as a medical facility.

"Unfortunately, there are victims. Two people died, six were injured," he added.

The Ukrainian military de-occupied the right-bank part of the Kherson region during the summer-autumn of 2022. 

Almost immediately after that, Russian troops began shelling Kherson and the regions of the region under the control of the Ukrainian government.
