The Vice Chairman of CCM Mainland Tanzania, retired Colonel Abdulrahman Kinana, has asked Muslims to consider the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), especially regarding piety and good behavior.

Kinana said this today March 25, 2023 during the event of the Holy Quran competition organized by the Faraja Foundation in Dar es Salaam.

"We are instructed by the Qur'an, we are also instructed by our Prophet (Muhammad - S AW) that every Muslim should consider two things firstly 'taqwa' (piety) and secondly 'morality' (good behavior).

"Therefore, if you focus on 'needs' and focus on good values, there is no way you will go astray, there will be no need for us to worry that bad values may pass through us," said Kinana.

In addition, he encouraged Muslims in the country to send their children to madrassas to learn the beliefs and values of their religion and to know Allah.
