RIC - Sliven received two complaints related to violation of election rules regarding campaign materials, the spokeswoman of the Regional Election Commission (RIC) - Sliven Daniela Vasileva announced today.

One is for a violation in the city of Shivachevo, and the other is in Sliven and concerns non-observed proportions of the inscription "Buying and selling votes is a crime" in campaign material.

A mobile section will be formed in Sliven, Vasileva also said and reminded that everyone who wants to vote through a mobile section can submit applications until March 27.

On March 27, 28 and 29, trainings are planned for the members of the sectional election commissions in the four municipal centers.

There have been multiple replacements of SEC members over the past week after it became clear that the election process was being complicated by the videotaping, Vasileva said, and suggested that they were probably worried about whether they would be able to cope.
