In order to make full use of water resources, the two water resource recovery centers in Zhubei and Zhudong in Hsinchu County are currently providing 1,500 tons of recycled water for reuse every day. Jiang Liangyuan from the Public Works Department further said that the two water resource recycling centers have increased the water supply efficiency of recycled water by 3 to 4.5 times, actively improving the utilization of recycled water.

The Public Works Office stated that the first phase of the Zhubei Water Resources Center can handle 20,000 tons of sewage. Due to the full capacity of the water, the county government will seek a subsidy of 460 million yuan from the Ministry of the Interior to handle the second phase of the project.
