The semi-final round of the world championship among female boxers in New Delhi, the capital of India, has ended.

According to the information provided by the federation to apasport.az website, at this stage the boxer of the Azerbaijani national team Aynur Rzayeva also entered the ring.

The member of the national team, who performed at the weight of +81 kg, faced Lazzat Kungaybayeva from Kazakhstan.

The opponent won the match and advanced to the finals.

Rzayeva finished the World Cup with a bronze medal.

It should be noted that the final fights of the world championship with a prize fund of 2.4 million US dollars will be held on March 25 and 26.

The winner of the competition in which more than 300 boxers from 65 countries participated will receive 100,000 dollars, the finalist will receive 50,000 dollars, and the bronze medalist will receive 25,000 dollars.
