Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has done the work of bringing 14 political parties on a single platform.

New Delhi:

The Supreme Court has agreed to hear the petition of 14 political parties.

Opposition political parties have said in this petition that the central government is misusing the investigative agencies.

Political opponents are being arrested.

Therefore, guidelines should be made on arrest and remand for the investigating agencies and courts.

There will be a hearing in this matter on 5 April.

The special thing is that in these 14 political parties, the country's biggest opposition party Congress is also included.

Abhishek Singhvi told CJI DY Chandrachud that fourteen political parties have approached the Supreme Court against the misuse of law enforcement agencies by the central government to arrest political opponents.

We are seeking directions for the future.

After 2014 (under the Modi government), there has been a huge jump in the number of cases registered.

The conviction rate is only 4-5%.

Let us inform that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has done the work of bringing 14 political parties on one platform.

These parties include Congress, DMK, AAP, TMC, BRS etc.
