Twice-dismissed policewoman Simona Radeva deliberately covered up the gigit Georgi Semerdzhiev on the day of the brutal accident on Cherni Vrah Blvd., in which two young women died last summer.

This is clear from the reasons of the Sofia City Administrative Court, which rejected Radeva's appeal against her dismissal from the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Attached to the case is a report on the SDVR inventory, on the basis of which the disciplinary commission imposed the most severe punishment on Simona, writes the Telegraph.

According to the disciplinary commission, the first time Radeva covered Semerdzhiev was a few hours before the accident with victims of "Cherni vrah".

On July 5, between 5 and 6 p.m., Simona rode in the jeep of Semerdzhiev, who deliberately caused an accident on the ring road in Sofia, after which he fled.

Instead of reporting to her colleagues that she had witnessed the violation, she remained silent.

"The employee's inaction led to the incident that subsequently occurred around 11:00 p.m., in which two people died," the punishing body concluded.

Later, when the serious accident with two victims was already a fact and Semerdzhiev asked Radeva to bring him a ladder to climb into his home while half of the Ministry of Internal Affairs was looking for him, Simona was again aware that she was assisting a person who had committed something illegal.

It was because of this that she made Semerdzhiev's two employees, who were helping her carry the ladder, take down the number plates of her car. The reason - so that it wouldn't be known that her car was in front of the gigit's house.

The scandalous policewoman Simona Radeva is out of a job

With her actions and inactions, Radeva trampled as many as five articles of the Code of Ethics for the conduct of civil servants in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

In its reasons, the ASSG wrote that "the actions of the applicant, in her capacity as a civil servant from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, are highly reprehensible, seriously damaging the prestige of the service".

Moreover, her behavior has led to a loss of confidence in the police institution.

Thus, the magistrates ruled that her dismissal was completely legal and was the only possible punishment.

In addition, Radeva was ordered to pay BGN 100 to the State Security Service for legal fees.

She can appeal the court's decision to YOU.

It is not yet clear whether, in addition to disciplinary action, Radeva will also face criminal liability for her actions.
