Arusha Regional Chief, John Mongella has advised the Tanzania Technical and Electrical Agency (Temesa), to improve their services and provide them at low cost, so that government stakeholders, institutions and its departments make it the first resort in vehicle maintenance and other services.

He also praised Temesa for coming up with a new method of caring for customers and solving the challenges that existed before, because if you make cars well, people will come to you.

Mongella gave this opinion today in Arusha, during the opening of the session of Temesa and its stakeholders and added that if the services are improved, no stakeholder will run to you in the street, instead he will run to Temesa.

"Last years there were different challenges than now, there are big improvements, but keep improving, so that we can make it our first refuge, because if you get good services, you won't run to the streets," he said.

And the Chief Executive of Temesa, Lazaro Kilahala, has said that it is an enabling institution that provides services to the government to make it more efficient.
