US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken suggests that Ukraine can return some of its territories by non-military means. However, only the Ukrainians themselves will make the appropriate decision.

He said this during a speech before the House of Representatives.

"I believe that there will be territory in Ukraine for which Ukrainians will be determined to fight on the battlefield. There may also be territory that they will decide to return in other ways," said Blinken.

In turn, Republican Chris Stewart hinted that it was about Crimea.

He stated that he is "afraid of not recognizing that Crimea is different from Donbas."

Instead, Blinken emphasized that the question of the liberation of the territory, including Crimea, "should be decided by the Ukrainians."

"What we don't want, in our common interests, is for everything to shake out in such a way that the Russians simply reload, rearm, and then attack again," the US Secretary of State emphasized.

It will be recalled that the Deputy Deputy Ambassador of the President of Ukraine to the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Denys Chistikov, reported that the occupiers are preparing to evacuate from Crimea, which is evidenced by the increase in the number of railway flights and the increase in the export of grain from the peninsula.
