[Reporter Qian Lizhong/Taipei Report] Legislator Fan Yunjin held a press conference and accused a famous obstetrician and gynecologist of National Taiwan University for drugging and sexually assaulting several women. The department investigated the woman's medical examination report and found no drug residues in her body. The monitor also recorded that she was sane. The doctor refused to prosecute; the woman refused to accept it and has already petitioned the High Prosecutor's Office for reconsideration.

The woman accused that on June 20 last year, she went to a restaurant on Songjiang Road in Beishi with a famous doctor. When she found herself lying naked on the iron bed, she was powerless to resist and could only be sexually assaulted by a famous doctor in a daze.

After the incident was exposed by the media, the famous doctor was transferred from the supervisory position by the National Taiwan University Hospital.

However, the famous doctor has always denied prescribing drugs to sexually assault the woman, and in order to protect himself, he also asked the prosecutor to preserve the evidence.

Based on the woman's accusation, the prosecutors reviewed the surveillance images from the restaurant to the Moroccan Railway along the route, and summoned the general who took the two to the Moroccan Railway that day to testify.

The prosecution inspected the monitor screen and found that the woman could not only walk without the support of others, but also that her gait did not seem to be weak after being drugged.

Yun Jiang testified to the prosecution that the woman was conscious in the car that day, not only could chat with the man, but she also instructed which way to go to the Moroccan Railway.

In order to be cautious, the prosecution also investigated the communication records in the mobile phones of the two people. It was found that on the night of the incident, after the woman returned home, she sent LINE to report to the man that she was safe, mentioning words such as "thank you, dad". It was determined that the famous doctor was accused of sexual assault with insufficient evidence, so he was not prosecuted.
