"It is difficult to prove the cartel.

Years ago, the CPC was on the verge of punishing the oil companies for a cartel, but in the end it couldn't prove it and it never got there.

Usually someone inside the cartel has to "sing".

Georgi Angelov, senior economist at "Open Society", commented on this in the program "Hello, Bulgaria" on Nova TV.

According to him, the first to "sing", who reported to the commission, gave documents and evidence, will not be fined.

"I read the Commission's preliminary analyses.

They have no evidence so far, now they are starting to look for it.

They have media interviews of association presidents saying what the prices should be.

If someone knows the prices, maybe coordinate with others.

But there is still no evidence," said Angelov.
