A bus passenger in Las Vegas brutally killed a man, stabbing him 33 times.

Despite the victim's cries for help, the driver did not stop the bus.

Aaron Cole, 59, was charged with the Feb. 26 murder of 30-year-old Dominic Lucas.

In the video, which appeared on the Internet, it can be seen that a dispute arose between the men.

Within seconds, Cole pulled out a knife and stabbed Lucas.

The victim jumped out of his seat and ran to the front of the bus.

He begged the driver to stop: "Let me go."

However, the driver continued to drive.

Cole then approached Dominic again and continued to cut him.

The attack lasted about four minutes, after which the bus doors opened and closed briefly.

Cole returned to his seat as Lucas continued to plead for help.

The bus driver then activated the panic button to call for help and asked if Lucas wanted to get out.

However, Cole got up and started stabbing the victim again.

The bus stopped after five minutes near the intersection, and the driver and passengers ran out.

Lucas crawled out of the bus and died from his injuries.

A passerby put a towel on his chest until the police arrived.

Cole stayed on the bus.

The driver claimed in court that he kept the door closed for the safety of the victim and passengers.

On his part, a representative of the company that operates the RTC buses confirmed the policy, saying that the doors must remain closed due to the risk of the victim or passengers getting stuck in traffic.

Ten days before the massacre, Cole was reportedly arrested on a charge of assault with a deadly weapon.

Cole threatened another person on the bus with a knife.

He was released on recognizance with a ban on contact with the victim.

In 1994, Cole was arrested on charges of second-degree murder after he shot a man in the lobby of a Salvation Army in Texas.

He spent 23 years behind bars before being released in 2017.

Cole is now in custody awaiting trial, while the bus driver remains on the job.
