An agent network of the special services of the Russian Federation was exposed, which included the design engineer of the "Motor Sich" plant and a minor resident of the Kyiv region.

This is reported by the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.

Under the procedural leadership of the prosecutors of the Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office, the design engineer of the "Motor Sich" plant and a 17-year-old resident of the Kyiv region were exposed and informed of the suspicion of treason committed under martial law.

According to the investigation, the suspects took photos and videos of military facilities of the Defense Forces of Ukraine, state and local self-government bodies, as well as critical infrastructure facilities on the territory of the Kyiv region and the city of Zaporizhzhia.

The suspects sent the collected data to a representative of the special services of the Russian Federation through the Telegram messenger.

The latter transferred money to their bank cards for the "work" performed.

Both members of the agent network were detained while performing another task from a representative of the special services of the aggressor country.

At the request of the prosecutors, a 17-year-old resident of the Kyiv region and a resident of Zaporizhzhia were chosen preventive measures without alternative in the form of detention.

The incident took place on March 24 in the capital's Borshchagivka.
