The Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, commented on the possibility of execution of the court's decision by the countries that recognize the arrest warrant issued by the International Criminal Court against the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin.

APA's Moscow correspondent reports that Medvedev said that the implementation of this decision means a declaration of war against Russia:

"The Minister of Justice of Germany says that if Vladimir Putin comes to Germany, we will arrest him.

He is supposedly a lawyer.

Does he even understand what he is saying?!

Obviously, this will never happen.

But still... Let's imagine that it has come true.

The acting head of state of the nuclear giant arrived in Germany and was arrested.

What does it mean?

This means declaring war against the Russian Federation.

In such a case, all our means, rockets will fly to the Bundestag, to the chancellor's office.

Does he understand that this is "casus belli", a declaration of war, or did he read badly?!", stressed the Russian politician.
