We see attempts to divert Georgia from its pro-European course.

APA's Tbilisi correspondent reports that German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbok said this before her visit to Georgia.

He noted that Georgia is under pressure from inside and outside.

Emphasizing that the European course is supported by the vast majority of the population of Georgia, the MFA chief noted that the actions held in Tbilisi last week with EU flags were aimed at protecting pluralism and the rule of law in the country.

Berbok emphasized that Germany will express its full support for Georgia's European perspective during his visit.

It should be noted that Annalena Berbok will visit Georgia today.

The German minister will hold meetings with Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, President Salome Zurabishvili, as well as representatives of NGOs and opposition within the framework of the visit, which will last until March 24.
