In occupied Mariupol, residents of the Nevsky residential complex, which was recently visited by Russian President Vladimir Putin, complain of problems with the registration of ownership of apartments and threats of eviction.

This was reported by the Russian opposition publication "Verstka" with reference to data from the closed chat of the residential complex.

Immediately, several residents of "Nevsky" complained that

they could not get ownership certificates

, because the prosecutor's office under the control of the occupiers is checking the "legality of obtaining" the apartment.

The publication notes that two residents of the complex told about this in a private conversation with journalists.

Viktoria (name changed) said that when she applied to the Multi-functional Center for the Provision of State and Municipal Services with a question about obtaining a certificate of ownership, the woman was told that the prosecutor's office must

first check the legality of obtaining housing.

At the same time, according to the chat of the residential complex, such an inspection was already carried out by the local commission.

"Certificates for the right of ownership will not be issued until they have checked the legality of the apartment. And

there are already cases of eviction

if it suddenly turns out that there is another home," one of the residents of the residential complex wrote in a chat.

Another apartment owner said that she learned from the BFC that the residents of the apartment are already being evicted.

Among the reasons are the presence of another home in the property, errors of the commission during the inspection, and others.

In particular, this apartment owner is worried that she might lose it because she has a small share in her parents' apartment.

"In any case,

this is some kind of idiocy

: first please people, let them buy furniture, make a living, and then take away housing," complained one of the residents of the housing complex.

"They came, freed us from housing, from work, from our relatives, and now they have given us mercy. They give out housing, but it is not yours... but you took away our privatized living space," laments another resident.

Now the residents of the housing complex are considering submitting

a collective application to the website of the President of the Russian Federation

, arguing that "in this case, everything is resolved quickly."

It will be recalled that on March 18, Putin visited Mariupol, where he met with the residents of the newly built residential complex "Nevsky".

Propaganda distributed a video of the meeting against the background of brand new buildings, without showing the terrible destruction caused to the city by the enemy.

In particular, one of the women thanked the president of the Russian Federation "for the victory" and said about the new home that it is "a piece of paradise."

Note that in the published video with Putin in Mariupol, local residents could be heard shouting that "it's all lies and show off".

In addition, the Ukrainian intelligence services stated that there is no evidence that it was Putin who visited Mariupol, and not his double.
