As a result of a rocket attack on a high-rise building in

on March 22 , 18 people were injured, including children aged 7 and 9.

Four victims are in serious condition. 

Anatoliy Kurtev, secretary of the Zaporizhzhya City Council, told about it.

He specified that two nine-story buildings were damaged as a result of the attack.

"At this time, 18 victims are known (including two children aged 7 and 9). 11 adults have been hospitalized (four of them are in serious condition, seven are in average condition). Another five people received medical assistance at the place of arrival. Children now they are being taken to medical facilities," the message reads.

Information on the scale of the destruction is being clarified.

Rescuers of the State Emergency Service and the city emergency rescue service, doctors, psychologists, social security workers, volunteers, and the city association of shelters are working on the spot.
