[Reporter Wang Rongxiang/Kaohsiung Report] Kaohsiung City launched 34 characteristic inclusive parks last year, attracting a large number of people to experience them. The Kaohsiung Municipal Public Works Bureau announced today a survey of the featured parks, and the satisfaction rate is about 90%. The survey data will be considered and opinions, as a reference for the planning of more than 100 new characteristic parks in the city in the next four years.

According to the Kaohsiung Public Works Bureau, the construction of Kaohsiung parks has gradually abandoned traditional canned toys. In order to respond to the expectations of citizens and create a public space for all ages, a total of 34 characteristic inclusive parks were opened last year.

In addition, all old children's toys were replaced in October last year and met national standards, and the safety inspection rate has reached 100%.

The Public Works Bureau commissioned a polling company to assess the satisfaction of the public after using the characteristic parks. The results showed that nearly 90% expressed satisfaction, highlighting that the construction of characteristic parks has shown initial results.

The Yanggong Office added that the characteristic inclusive park is a friendly and fun place that combines various elements such as local culture, terrain, ecology, and industry. The recently opened public 12 robot theme park in Fengshan District, Times Park in Qianzhen District, Qianjin District Central Park grass skating playground, etc., are warmly loved and have become landmark attractions.

In the next four years, it is expected that more than 100 characteristic parks will be added, and citizen participation will be handled routinely. This poll will also refer to the preferences of the facilities and the public's thoughts.

According to the Public Works Bureau, Shanshui Public Opinion Research Co., Ltd. was commissioned to conduct this poll. It conducted telephone interviews with people over the age of 18 in Gaoshi City from February 21 to 23. A total of 1,078 surveys were completed, including 539 samples for local calls. There are 539 mobile phone samples, and at the 95% confidence level, the sampling error is maintained within 2.99%.
