เมื่อเวลา 14.00 น. ที่อนุสาวรีย์ประชาธิปไตย นายอานนท์ นำภา แกนนำกลุ่มราษฎร แถลงจุดยืนกลุ่มราษฎรต่อการยุบสภาและการเลือกตั้ง ส.ส.วันที่ 14 พ.ค.2566 ว่า แม้วาระรัฐบาล พล.อ.ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา สิ้นสุดลง แต่ประชาชนอย่าวางใจ การต่อสู้ของฝ่ายประชาธิปไตยต้องดำเนินต่อไป ฝ่ายประชาธิปไตยต้องยึดกุม ประกาศชัยชนะอย่างท่วมท้นเหนือฝ่ายเผด็จการให้ได้เสียงข้างมาก ร่วมกันจัดตั้งรัฐบาล กลุ่มราษฎรขอเปิดตัว กิจกรรมรณรงค์ “โหวตเพื่อเปลี่ยน” จึงขอแสดงจุดยืนดังนี้ 1.การเลือกตั้งต้องบริสุทธิ์ยุติธรรม 2.ขอเรียกร้องพรรค การเมืองฝ่ายประชาธิปไตยเดินหน้าร่วมกัน เอาชนะฝ่ายเผด็จการผ่านการเลือกตั้ง ผนึกกำลังพรรคฝ่ายประชาธิปไตยเป็นเสียงข้างมากจัดตั้งรัฐบาล 3.หลังการจัดตั้งรัฐบาลร่วมกันของฝ่ายประชาธิปไตย รัฐบาลต้องเดินหน้าสู่การปฏิรูปทุกองคาพยพ ทั้งการปฏิรูปเศรษฐกิจ การเมือง กฎหมาย และกระบวนการยุติธรรม การร่างรัฐธรรมนูญใหม่ กลุ่มราษฎรจะเดินหน้าผลักดันตามข้อเรียกร้องทุกข้อที่ประกาศที่ ม.ธรรมศาสตร์ เมื่อเดือน ก.ย.2563 พรรคการเมืองฝ่ายประชาธิปไตยทุกพรรคต้องหยุดทะเลาะกัน จับมือกันชนะเลือกตั้ง เดินหน้าสู่การปฏิรูปโครงสร้างทุกระดับ

วันเดียวกัน ไทยรัฐโพลได้เปิดเผยผลสำรวจความคิดเห็นกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 160,852 ราย ในทุกกลุ่มช่วงอายุประชาชน ผ่านทุกช่องทางของไทยรัฐออนไลน์ และไทยรัฐทีวี ระหว่างวันที่ 23 ก.พ.-14 มี.ค.2566 ในหัวข้อจะเลือกแคนดิเดตคนใดเป็นนายกรัฐมนตรีพบว่า น.ส.แพทองธาร ชินวัตร หัวหน้าครอบครัวเพื่อไทย ได้คะแนนอันดับหนึ่ง 24.43% ตามด้วย นายพิธา ลิ้มเจริญรัตน์ หัวหน้าพรรคก้าวไกล 21.58% พล.อ.ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา นายกรัฐมนตรี 12.8% พล.อ.ประวิตร วงษ์สุวรรณ รองนายกรัฐมนตรี และหัวหน้าพรรคพลังประชารัฐ 9.89% นายเศรษฐา ทวีสิน ประธานที่ปรึกษาหัวหน้าครอบครัวเพื่อไทย 9.37% และคุณหญิงสุดารัตน์ เกยุราพันธุ์ หัวหน้าพรรคไทยสร้างไทย 8.8% ส่วนหัวข้อจะเลือก ส.ส.เขตจากพรรคใดนั้น อันดับ 1 เป็น ส.ส.เพื่อไทย 32.55% อันดับ 2 พรรคก้าวไกล 22.09% อันดับ 3 พรรครวมไทยสร้างชาติ 11.37% อันดับ 4 พรรคพลังประชารัฐ 10.85% ตามด้วยพรรคไทยสร้างไทย 7.9% และพรรคภูมิใจไทย 6.13%
