A 29-year-old mother threw a baby out of a fifth-floor window

in the city of Vyshneve, Kyiv region

The tragedy happened on March 21, the head of the police of the Kyiv region, Andrii Nebytov, said.

A two-month-old baby was urgently hospitalized, but he

died

from his injuries .

Investigators are establishing all the circumstances of the tragedy.

It is possible that the boy's mother had postpartum depression.

A dormitory in Rzhishchev was destroyed.

At least three people died, including the ambulance driver.
