In Bakhmut, the Armed Forces of Ukraine liquidated the most experienced soldiers of the Russian army of occupation.

In the future, this will not allow the occupiers to advance in other directions. 

Army General, head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine in 2005-2010 Mykola Malomuzh told about this in an interview with TSN.ua

"The culmination is coming today in Bakhmut. Enormous forces of the enemy are being exhausted in this direction. These forces are the professional composition of the occupation army. And this echelon, which should fulfill the main task - the capture of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions and advance in the direction of Zaporizhzhia, today not only does not fulfill Putin's desire is being devalued. And every day they are eliminated. And therefore, in this situation, it cannot last forever. This is an undermining of the Russian defense capability. And therefore, when the professional staff is eliminated, they will throw poorly armed mobilized ones, and then there will be no question of a major offensive to Ukraine. Russia won't even have it for defense," Malomuzh explained. 

It will be recalled that the commander of the Ground Forces, Colonel-General Oleksandr Syrsky, reported that the Russian invaders are trying to advance from the outskirts of Bakhmut, Donetsk region, to its center.

However, the Ukrainian military is holding the defense and restraining the enemy's assaults.
