Japanese officials say Prime Minister Kishida Fumio is heading to Ukraine on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, for a surprise visit.

The public broadcaster of Japan, NHK, writes about this. 

Representatives of the government and the ruling party say that Kishida has already left India for Ukraine.

The Prime Minister is expected to arrive in Ukraine later today for high-level talks with President Volodymyr Zelenskyi.

 banned the supply of semiconductors and 3D printers to Russia

Japan will ban the export to Russia of goods that can strengthen Russian industry and be used by enterprises of the military-industrial complex, in particular, for the manufacture of drones.
