It is announced that during the spring break from 4/1 to 4/5, at Shoushan Zoo and Weiwuying launched a "Double Home" Children's Day event, inviting children to watch a play, visit a market, and play with air cushion games and scooters. Mayor Chen Qimai even boldly announced that all children under the age of 12 in Taiwan will be free to visit the zoo during the spring break.

Chen Qimai, together with Gao Minlin, Director of Tourism, Xie Wenbin, Director of Education, and Hou Zunyao, Director of Sports Development, jointly announced the launch of the Children's Day fun plan for the Kaohsiung Double Home Arena.

Chen Qimai said that during the spring break, not only fans and music fans will be invited to Kaohsiung to listen to the concert, but also children will be invited to occupy the Shoushan Zoo and Weiwu Camp, so that everyone, big and small, can enjoy Kaohsiung together.

He introduced the content of the activities, including the YOYO family, paper windmill troupe, children's slide ride experience, Kaohsiung bear meeting, large air cushion games, market and street performers, etc. The zoo also planned programs such as sketching and storytelling.

He further mentioned that the Shoushan Zoo originally set that all children under the age of 12 in Kaohsiung can enter the park for free, and during the spring break, it is relaxed to all children under the age of 12 in Taiwan. Children from all over the country are welcome to come here and enjoy Kaohsiung together.

The Gaoshi News Bureau pointed out that it previously planned to have double home venues for the New Year’s Eve and the Taiwan Lantern Festival, and now there are also double home venues for Children’s Day, plus many large-scale concerts during the spring break, which are expected to make Kaohsiung popular.
